Menopause Support Group
On the last Tuesday of each month, I lead an in-person gathering for women wishing to learn more about the changes their bodies undergo during the menopause transition. This circle is a safe space to talk about your symptoms, life changes, and if you wish, to share your story. I offer techniques for self-management, resources for self-advocacy in healthcare navigation, and the opportunity to connect with other women both during the group and between sessions through a private WhatsApp group.
This program is sponsored by Women for Healthy Rural Living. There is no cost. For more detail and to register for an upcoming session, please visit https://whrl.org/series/women-supporting-women-a-menopause-support-group/

What's For Dinner?
How many times do you ask yourself in a week (or does your family ask YOU)….What’s for dinner?!?
This hands-on workshop is designed to resolve the stress of meal making and eliminate those hunger-fueled decisions which, we all know, are less supportive of your health than a meal prepared at home.
Enter….intentional planning and purposeful prepping…aka THE magic combination for kicking chaos out of the kitchen and welcoming in a new routine that will:
save you money and time
reduce food waste
improve nutritional intake
eliminate stress and overwhelm
ALL without sacrificing the flexibility you / your family may want or need.
Want to save your seat?
This class will offer a combination of minds-on and hands-on time while networking with people that may have similar goals. You’ll rekindle or learn skills to plan and prep food on a regular basis that meets your needs and then the group will prep 4 meals that everyone will take home to enjoy.
What to expect / rough agenda:
6-6:20: Meal planning crash course - how to make a weekly habit of quickly planning meals
6:20-7:20 Prep like a pro - after deciding WHAT to prep*, we break into teams to get it done
7:20-7:40 Pack & Portion - in containers and bags**, we divide the prepped food in ways that make your final meal assembly (at home) quick and easy
7:40-8:00 Questions, ideas, resources, sharing - gathering the inspiration you need to get started with a version that works for you on repeat
*I will create the meal plan and bring the necessary ingredients, and I’ll aim to accommodate any allergies or preferences disclosed in your registration form.
** Participants will bring a variety of bags/containers to take your meals home in.
The cost of this class is largely driven by the current cost of food, and thus may change over time. In exchange for your investment, you’ll receive instruction, templates, approximately 8 servings of nutritionally balanced meals to take home, and perhaps a network of people to keep you accountable and inspired.
Deadline to register is May 29th; minimum enrollment to run this class is 4 people. There is space for 6 participants, so tell a friend!
IMPORTANT: Once registered, you will receive an email (or text if you prefer) with the specific location for this class and how to prepare.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For a full refund, notify me within 24 hours of booking (does not apply to bookings made on or after Thursday May 28th). If you cannot attend, but have missed the window for cancellation, I will help you to locate someone that can take your place.

Holistic Health Clinic
On select months, I am set up to offer body wisdom consultations at the free Holistic Health Clinic organized by Herbalist Jennifer May Damon. Alongside me you’ll find a variety of other practitioners, all offering services at no cost during this 2 hour clinic. We welcome anyone that aims to learn more about their health, address a specific issue (NON acute only), or to explore a new approach to a health challenge. My consults can encompass the physical (how to sit, stand, or move better through the lens of yoga and breath work), the energetic realm (reiki and fascia), and the mental (mindset, meditation, mindfulness). I’m particularly interested in supporting the woman approaching or experiencing menopause. Walk-ins are welcome. Watch Facebook for updates.

Power of Pause
This class, repeating on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month invites you into 75 minutes of myofascial self-care designed to help you slow down, release deep tension, and listen to the wisdom of your body. We’ll use a combination of stillness and gentle movement on the yoga mat - please BYO mat, sturdy blanket or towel, and a belt/scarf/strap.
Power of Intention
Rooted in both neuroscience and the unseen currents of connection, the Power of Intention invites you to explore how your lived experience can be shaped by individual and collective focus. During this hour, each participant will share something that they wish to shift and will then receive 5 minutes of intention directed towards their desire by the rest of the group.

During this hour, each participant will have the opportunity to share a challenge or something they wish to transform in their life. Together we’ll write this in the form of an intention that can be repeated by oneself, and by others if desired. With any remaining time, each person’s intention will be amplified by the group.
