Power of Intention

This program is held via Zoom - meeting link and details will be provided to all who register.

Rooted in both neuroscience and the unseen currents of connection, this program helps you to explore how your life can be shaped by intentional thought. During this hour, you’ll be invited to share something that you wish to focus on - an area of your life that needs attention, for example. It’s important that you are specific in what you choose, so guidance will be offered to construct the intention in simple language that’s easy to recite. The rest of the group (senders) will be asked to hold your words in their minds as they focus on you (the receiver) during a period of roughly 5 minutes. This process will be repeated for other participants with the remaining time.

Listen deeply to hear what’s going on in the body and mind, and this will help you in knowing where to focus your intention.

Regular participation is ideal but not required - come and go as you wish.
